You will start with your experienced guide over the village Maries. Here you leave the paved road and it goes uphill over gravel roads towards the waterfalls. By a small walk you can enjoy the origin nature and refresh yourself with the clear water. Your next stop will be in one of the famous marble quarry of Thasos Island. Here you can see the breakdown of the worldwide known white Thasos marble.

Over green slopes continue to Ipsarion, with 1206 m the highest mountain on the island. The view from here on the Thracian Sea will never be forgotten. From here you can see the island Thasopoula, the mainland and as the Nestos goes after his long journey to the coast of Macedonia and Thrace in the sea. At a picnic, you have enough time to enjoy these fantastic impressions.

You continue on a variety of slopes to Kastro, an entirely stone-built abandoned village, which is recently partially renovated again. You visit the old village church from the 16th century and the bones house.
Continue through old terraced fields to a densely wooded ravine with a nice and cool waterfall Apostolos. Here you have the opportunity to refresh yourselves and get rid of the dust.

After driving downhill back to the coast you will visit the famous natural bathtub "Giola" or enjoy a jet hidden beach in the South of the island.
